Placing Orders |
Orders are placed in advance and payments are due immediately prior to receiving shipments.
The process is as follows:
- Only online orders are accepted (no phone, fax or email orders).
* You can order individual items as listed on the site or subscribe to any ongoing title or mini-series
- Once you've placed your order, it will be sent directly to our local suppliers.
- Every week, when new comics arrive at our local suppliers, you will receive an invoice for the total amount due for that week
- Once you have made payment by electronic funds transfer or direct bank deposit (no other payments will be accepted) the comics will be shipped to us.
- If payment is not received within 7 days of any invoice, that order and all future orders for that person will be cancelled.
* Should you be unable to pay for any reason other than "you don't have the money right now", you may make arrangements with us NOT to cancel your orders, on condition that payment is received on or before a specific date.

Subscription Process |
Every month around the 20th items matching your Subscriptions will be added to your Shopping Carts and we will send you an email asking you to double-check your Order and to complete the Checkout Process within 7 days by doing the following:
- Login to your Account
- Go to Shopping Cart and check that your happy with everything.
* You can add more products from the Products page or delete items from your Shopping Cart if you want.
- Click on the Checkout Button
- Double-check your address & shipping options and Update it if necessary.
- Click on the Confirm Order Button
NB: If you do not complete the Checkout Process within 7 days, your Subscriptions will not be included in the next order with our Suppliers. |

Legal Disclaimers |
- Unless specified as In-Stock, listed products are not in stock and are ordered 60 days in advance (prior to release). Kick Ass Komix do not accept any responsibility for any Publisher/Manufacturer delays and/or cancellations.
- Subscriptions are only guaranteed from the issue listed in the latest Previews.
- All orders are shipped via South African Postal Office Insured Mail by default, which takes approximately 5 working days to any destination in South Africa. Other shipping methods are available on request and will be billed for separately.
- Extra credit (if applicable) is granted entirely at our discretion.
- All sales are final. No refunds with the explicit exception of over-payments.
