If the situation does not improve soon, we will have no option but to start suspending accounts and/or charging penalties.

The easiest way for me to resolve this is if everybody collects all their stuff from Greg (Morningside) until further notice.

That way you can complete the checkout / confirm process right away without waiting for us to add the available issues to your cart. The system is designed not to duplicate stuff that is already in your cart or orders when adding new subscriptions.

Great news! We're upgrading the credit bonus for advance and prompt paying customers. As of today all advance payments will receive an additional 15% credit and all payments made within 48 hours of the original invoice date will receive 10% additional credit. This is just our way of saying thank you for your continued support.
NB: Additional Credit is granted at our discretion. All advance or prompt payments do not automatically qualify for additional credit.
